Lindsay is a licensed athletic trainer with a masters in sport psych and performance enhancement and injury prevention. She graduated with a bachelors in athletic training from Sacred Heart University where she was a member of their swim and dive team. She currently is a blue belt in BJJ and actively competes and covers events such as IBJJF, TCO and JJWL. Her passion lies in getting injured athletes back to their sport at the same level as pre injury.

Katie is a licensed Athletic Trainer currently working at Essex Physical Therapy and Winchester High School. She graduated in 2017 with her bachelors in Health Sciences from James Madison University, her associates in American Sign Language interpreting in 2019, and Masters in Athletic Training from Merrimack College in 2022. She is a two time collegiate All American Athlete in Track and field. Katie continues to be involved with running, figure skating, and is a white belt in BJJ. Katie enjoys working with high level physical athletes and works with USA Figure Skating as medical staff for Boston based competitions. She is committed to providing a high level of care to a variety of patient populations. Languages: English and American Sign Language

Mariale is a Registered Dietitian with her masters in Human Nutrition and her undergrad degree in Chemistry + Exercise Physiology. She started off in the sports world, and now has 10 years experience of patient facing care in hospital settings. She is especially passionate about working with ICU and oncology patients. When she is not at work you can find her at your local Trader Joe’s, on a yoga mat, or curled up with a true crime book.

Vincent's holistic coaching approach, rooted in a deep understanding of human physiology, nutrition, and mindset, aims at empowering clients to achieve their health and fitness goals while experiencing transformational life changes. Hope is a licensed and BOC board certified athletic trainer currently employed at Clark University in Wocester MA. She graduated from Clark University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and recieved her Masters degree in Athletic Training from Merrimack College. Hope's hobbies include weight lifting, spending time outdoors and hiking with her family's German Shepherds.
